What is the meaning of JAGCE?

The acronym JAGCE means Jamaica Association of Guidance Counsellors in Education.

How can I become a member of JAGCE?

You can become a member of the Jamaica Association of Guidance Counsellors in Education (JAGCE) by completing a membership form which can be accessed through this platform. For further information you may contact the National Office at 876-550-5565 or email us at : jagaceoffice@gmail.com.

Is there a membership fee? If so how much is it?

Yes. The membership fee is six thousand dollars($6000.00) payable once a year or monthly at five hundred dollars$500.00) which could be done through a salary deduction form or paid at the bank.

How can I donate to JAGCE?

You can donate to the association by contacting the office for further information.

Does JAGCE offer counselling services?

No we do not. However, if you make contact with our office we may be able to refer you to a counsellor or counselling centre that best suits your needs.

How can I discontinue my membership?

You may at the end of the year terminate your membership. However we appreciate any recommendations you may have to share.

What if I am not satisfied with JAGCE who can I contact?

You may speak with your Regional President who will relate the information to National Membership and Welfare Chair or the General Secretary .
